Dashboard Overview

The dashboard gives an overview of the device synchronization.

• Sync: The date and time of the last attempt to synchronize, along with the current status (usually “standby” which means everything is ok, or “synchronizing” which means it is attempting to download/upload data now).

• Ⓛ / Ⓡ: The left and right devices with the last battery reading (or “?” if they were not found during the last sync).  A green tick means they downloaded successfully during the last sync, otherwise it will show the date and time of the last successful download. If this was a while ago, please see: Troubleshooting synchronization issues.

• Upload: Will show a green tick if it uploaded successfully during the last sync, otherwise it will show the date and time of the last upload. If this was a while ago, and does not fix after attempting to synchronize, please contact us.

You can follow Your progress by tapping on the "Progress" button on the dashboard.
