Charging your bands

We recommend that you charge your bands at the end of the day whenever they are below around 20% battery, roughly once each week.
To charge your TwoCan bands, you first need to remove the black plastic device (the hard bit with the screen on it) from the navy blue silicone strap. To do this, hold the device in one hand whilst slowly pulling at the strap. The device should pop out at one end. Next grab the device by the screen and pull away from the silicone to reveal the USB connector.
Each kit comes with its own Dual Charger. Before first using your bands, please check that they are charged. While charging the screen will be lit up and you will see the battery icon flashing. If the screen remains black it means it is not connected properly, please adjust it until the screen lights up. When the device is fully charged, all bars will be a solid white. This may take up to 2 hours. Afterwards, place the devices back into their bands.
IMPORTANT: Once your bands have charged, please open the TwoCan app on your mobile device and synchronise your bands. Once synchronised, you may then wear the devices as normal.
If you forget and either or both bands run out of power, they may vibrate once and this will be followed by a slow pulsing white light. You will be unable to activate the screen until the band has been charged.
