Wearing your bands

You should try to wear both bands throughout the main part of the day (8am to 8pm).
Important: Please check that you always have the correct band on each wrist. If you tap-and-hold the screen, it will show a small letter on your character: "L" for left or "R" for right.
The following steps should be used to place the bands on your wrist. Placing bands on both wrists can be difficult, and you may want to ask someone to help you.
Open the band's clasp by pulling on the outer strap. The plugs should pop out of the silicone holes.
Part the silicone straps either side of the wrist and place the device on your wrist. Ensure the band is the correct way around (you should be able to read the time and date when you turn on the screen).
Using a surface to steady the band (such as a wall or desk), press the silicone straps with holes down to your skin. Then take the other side with two male plugs and bring around the wrist to locate the correct hole.
NOTE: You want the band to be comfortable on the wrist and not too tight. You also want to ensure the device can not rotate around your wrist.
Once you have found the correct hole, push firmly on the rear of the plugs and the band should "pop" into place.
